The Easton Approach (TEA) is the first and only course of its kind for luxury wedding planners looking to break into the Ultra-Luxury market.
Created by renowned international destination planner Lynn Easton, it consists of 40+ video lessons, broken into 7 thematic modules, guiding planners through topics such as mindset, client experience, scalability, marketing, finances, event planning and logistics, and career sustainability.
The course also includes a digital workbook, templates, checklists, timeline examples, client management systems, and samples of all key event planning, operations, and execution tools Easton Events uses daily for multi-day, multi-million dollar weddings.
You can finish the course in as little as 7 weeks, or take as long as you need and go at your own pace.
Each week you’ll receive roughly 1-2 hours of coursework (video lessons and assignments) and you watch the recording on your own time.
You’ll also be implementing and integrating all the systems, processes, templates, checklists, and other resources we give you throughout your course experience—and for years after our final module finishes!
You can choose the 7-week, 10-week, or 14-week plan (or go at your own pace!).
When you choose a Master Plan, you’ll be guided through the key exercises and content to consume each week of your selected roadmap, so you never have to figure out what is a must-do to make progress and what can be reviewed later.
